Vander Veen Construction is a residential and commercial general contracting company. Owner Calvin Vander Veen has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Our services include new home construction, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, commercial tenant improvements, and interior finish outs. Our Process

Step 1 Consult

The initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your ideas and goals. We listen carefully and tailor our work to match your needs while providing a balance of budget, aesthetics and function. We also discuss expectations and offer a preliminary estimate.

Step 2 Design

Our goal is to work with you to clearly define the scope of work and present ideas that will work within your budget.  We work with designers, architects and engineers to create detailed plans, a project time line, a detailed proposal, and a finalized contract.

Step 3 Deliver

Finally, your ideas and goals are made a reality.  We obtain the necessary permits, order materials and deliver an outstanding finished product.  A final walk through ensures we have completed your project and met or exceeded your expectations.

Step 4 Follow Up

We guarantee our work and will follow up in the months following the completion of your project.  We hope to continue a working relationship with you and your referrals.
