Vander Veen Construction is a locally owned general contracting company serving homeowners, businesses and organizations throughout Snohomish and King Counties. With more than 20 years of construction experience, we bring a hands-on approach to every project, from residential remodeling and additions to commercial construction and tenant improvements.

Our approach is built around quality workmanship, clear communication and practical problem solving. We work closely with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects organized, address challenges as they arise and deliver work that meets the expectations of our customers.

Vander Veen Construction brings a practical, hands-on approach to construction. Our experience in demolition, framing, interior painting and finish work allows us to self-perform important portions of a project while coordinating the work of qualified subcontractors and suppliers.

Self-performing selected trades gives us greater control over quality and scheduling and allows us to respond quickly when unexpected conditions arise. We believe this approach helps reduce delays, address scope gaps and keep projects moving toward completion.
